It is LMC Guitar Studio’s policy that students are securing a time slot rather than purchasing individual lessons. Therefore, we charge fees by the term in an upfront term fee, which is determined by the length of the public school term.
To officially secure your lesson position, fees must be paid in full for the whole term. It is important that every effort is made to attend all scheduled lessons as refunds are not offered. Make-up lessons will only be offered if LMC Guitar Studio has been provided reasonable notification of lesson cancellations, and pending make-up lesson availability before the end of the term.
See below for more details regarding our policy.
All enrolments are booked on a term-by-term basis . Lessons are billed in advance at the beginning of the term, with payment due within seven days.
Mid-term enrolments are billed for the remaining weeks in the term.
All invoices are sent via email and can be paid via direct deposit or credit card. Payments cannot be refunded once a student has commenced their enrolment.
Students are not billed for lessons that fall on a public holiday.
We require 24hrs notice for all cancellations.
If you provide 24 hours notice, we will endeavour to accommodate one make-up lessons per term subject to availability. Make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled and cannot be rolled over to subsequent terms.
Lessons cancelled within 24 hours will be forfeited.
In the unlikely event that your teacher is unable to attend your lesson, we will credit your account or a make up lesson may be arranged.
